Agunacotol

Agunacotol is a new monster exclusively featured in Monster Hunter 3. It lives in the Volcanic areas and lives within the heated lava. It has a similar body to Ragiakurusu, and uses this to it's advantage by swimming through lava as well as creating holes in the ground to dig through with it's drill like nose. The dorsal fin on it's nose is also known to be retractable.

There is also a smaller prey version of Agunacotol, although they do not have any lava in their body or glow hot red.
