[edit] General Information

Official Guild Entry: "Currently None"

Appearance: Delex are small and similar in shape and characteristics as that of a large fish, however they posses a snout which contains large fangs. They are colored similar to that of the desert sand, however their fins are a slight pale blue tint. Their eyes are red and rather beady, used to help them effectively navigate through the sand as well as during jumps.

Nature: Delex are always found in schools, similar to fish. They live and move in schools, constantly jumping above the sand to scope out any surrounding predators in an effort to either prepare for an attack or to flee. When they are not congregating they usually are dormant beneath shrubbery within the desert.

[edit] Combat

Delex's attacks are very limited. They can hit their enemies with the back end of their tail after they have jumped out of the sand. Delex can also stop themselves and spit out sand at predators in an effort to hurt as well as annoy.Look for these guys when hunting a Jhen Mohran they follow them for a reason i still am not sure of. When in packs they are a deadly and/or annoying.

[edit] Hunter's Tips

  • The use of a Sonic Bomb will stun the Delex and pull them out of the sand.
